Business as usual as Emirates Post Dubai Central Happiness Centre undergoes refurbishment

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 31 July 2019: Emirates Post has announced that the Dubai Central Happiness Centre at Karama will undergo a refurbishment, which commences on Sunday, 04 August 2019. Office hours will remain the same and services will continue as usual but operations will be temporarily relocated to the mezzanine floor and corner side-office from the main hall. Customers are advised to follow the wayfinding directions on arrival at the centre.
The Emirates Post Dubai Central Happiness Centre will receive a modern upgrade to ensure an improved and streamlined experience for customers. The updated interior will also provide a more comfortable look and feel as well as additional customer information for added convenience.
HE Abdulla M. Alashram, Acting Group CEO of Emirates Post Group, said, “We’re excited to announce our refurbishment plans, which are aligned with our customer-centric strategy at Emirates Post. While we endeavour to cause as little disruption as possible, we ask our valued customers to bear with us during the changes and would like to assure them that the refurbishment will result in a more streamlined and enhanced customer journey.”
