Dubai, United Arab Emirates -  04 July  2019:   With every month tradition of introducing something new to the menu, Sumo Sushi & Bento introduces two new appetizing dishes in addition to the extensive menu served across all the outlets in the UAE. The new addition of Mt. Fuji Roll and Coconut Prawns will be available throughout the month of July. 

Mt. Fuji roll, a fiery concoction of cream cheese, shrimp tempura, cucumber and avocado rolled together and topped with kani salad, crispy tempura, and tobiko, drizzled with spicy mayo and tare sauce is one the best sushi rolls to have this summer. If in need for a crunchy meal, Sumo introduces Coconut Prawns -a juicy prawns coated in panko and coconut that is fried to a golden brown and served with a creamy sauce.
