19 February 2019, Dubai: Emirates Post has issued a reminder to its customers to renew their P.O. Box subscriptions before Thursday, 28 February to avoid late renewal fees and penalties. Customers can simply renew subscriptions via several convenient ways including the Emirates Post website (www.epg.gov.ae), Emirates Post mobile services app or at Emirates Post Customer Happiness Centres.
Last December, the leading postal and express delivery provider announced an extended renewal option of up to three years for Post Office Box subscriptions and expanded the reach of its MyHome service, which is now available to residents in villas across all seven emirates not just in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Companies can continue to use their customised P.O. Box rental services to optimise their mail operations and use amenities such as Ezimail, a convenient subscription service that allows companies to have their post picked-up and delivered directly to the registered P.O. Box or office location. Ezimail offers three options: Gold – allowing for six weekly pick-ups and deliveries, Silver – allowing for three and Bronze – offering one weekly mail pick-up and delivery.
Emirates Post is continuously looking at ways to strengthen its products and services by combining convenience and efficiency. It provides domestic and international door-to-door courier services offering premium and express options at competitive prices. Customers can customize their mail receipt preferences when renewing P.O. Box subscriptions.
