Akshay Kumar Stuns Audiences With Transformation Into Surprising Look for 2.0

Dubai, UAE, December 01, 2018:  When the first images of Akshay Kumar appeared in his villainous new role, it generated a wave of excitement and intrigue amongst fans. Now audiences have had a chance to see his transformation in full with the release of Akshay Kumar’s latest blockbuster film 2.0, in cinemas now.

Akshay is unrecognisable in the role as the sinister Pakshi Rajan, with a terrifying bird-like visage, featuring sharp teeth, talons and huge wings. 

Akshay took to twitter to share his amazing transformation with a Behind the Scenes video. The video quickly shows the many steps that went into his distinctive look, which was the work of some of the industry’s most skilled prosthetics and make-up artists. Akshay tweeted “My look in #2Point0 is nothing short of a technological wonder!”

In another post, he shares a glimpse at his finished face make up, tweeting: “After 3.5 hours of makeup, the results were quite astonishing...definitely called for a selfie”

Always pushing boundaries and challenging expectations, 2.0 sees Akshay in his villainous role face off against Rajinikanth’s hero in the hotly anticipated sequel, which also reunites Kumar with Singh Is Bling co-star Amy Jackson.
