MIDO presents Ocean Star collection

Dubai, UAE, November 25, 2018:  Two nautical-inspired timepieces are joining the Ocean Star collection. These sporty, elegant pieces each have their own distinct personality. 

The first comes with a sumptuous green grained dial and a leather strap that will acquire a patina over time. A resolutely vintage look and colour scheme evoke the seaside. 

The second model draws inspiration from the maritime world. It has a deep blue dial and a fabric looking strap in the same shade, reminiscent of boat rigging. 

The two timepieces are fitted with a robust steel case with polished and satin-finished pink gold PVD treatment and feature an aluminium unidirectional rotating bezel in green or blue. 

Essential companions for all fans of nautical activities, these Ocean Star pieces combine robustness, elegance and accuracy. Water-resistant to 20 bars (200 m/660 ft), they are equipped with the Calibre 80, a next-generation automatic movement which gives them a power reserve of up to 80 hours.
