Fastest Growing Restaurant in the USA Celebrates Grand Opening at The Dubai Mall with Visit from Company Founder, Todd Graves

Dubai, UAE, May 13, 2018:  The US’s most highly acclaimed chicken restaurant celebrated its Grand Opening on Tuesday, April 17 at The Dubai Mall, followed by a ribbon cutting with the company’s founder and CEO Todd Graves. Graves traveled from the U.S. for the grand opening event and to soak in the Dubai culture.

The first in the UAE, Raising Cane’s is located in The Dubai Mall’s 2nd Floor Food Court and is already gaining a loyal allegiance of fans, known as “Caniacs”. The fastest growing Restaurant in the USA, Raising Cane’s has been spreading its “ONE LOVE”—quality chicken finger meals in the U.S. since Graves opened his first restaurant in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1996. 

Graves’s kicked off his visit to the UAE by visiting Sky Dive Dubai where he witnessed a sky diver conduct a jump carrying a Raising Cane’s flag with the proclamation “Proudly Serving Dubai”. Once safely on the ground, Graves presented the diver with a Raising Cane’s Box Combo meal and a freshly squeezed lemonade (see video: here). Graves then made an appearance at Raising Cane’s at The Dubai Mall to meet crewmembers and cut the ribbon for the popular new restaurant. The grand opening celebration also included a live onsite performance by local glitter artist Ghayth who appeared on the hit show Arabs’ Got Talent. 

Graves visit also included touring local landmarks and experiencing the local culture. In addition to driving an Abra Boat in Dubai Creek and touring the Burj Al Arab, Madinat Jumeriah, Burj Khalifa, and Spice Souk, Graves joined local entrepreneur and influencer Taim AlFalasi for a culinary tour of Dubai, enjoying local fare at the Arabian Tea House - one the blogger’s favorite spots.
