In reality, there are more healthcare consulting apps to help patients and users with easy information. MyMedicNow is one such app which ensures quick access of information with a user-friendly interface and quick and accurate results,” added Desai.
The app has seen a steady growth with over 6000 doctors listed before its official launch. . Patients can book an appointment and get real-time confirmations for their appointments. The app also allows patients to rate doctors and hospitals thus ensuring the healthcare providers strive to provide best services at all times.
“At MyMedicNow we remain committed to ensure that patients are able to get instant access to healthcare services, with ongoing community support, and without the need to talk to an agent. It’s a revolutionary step that aims to benefit the entire healthcare community, from patients to doctors to hospitals and clinics alike,” concluded Dhaval Desai.
To access the app, users have toregister with an email id or Facebook account. Once the registration is complete, users can customise search based on doctors, conditions, symptoms, hospitals or specialties, view professional profile and ratings of doctors and make a real-time booking for select doctors. The app allows the users to directly access the schedule of the doctors, find directions and add favourites for their search items. Additionally, adding the family insurance cards and medical reports makes it easyto access the details when needed. The app also allows making appointments for family members.
