Emirates Post Group Launches ISO 9001:2015 Project

Emirates Post Group recently launched its Quality Management System (QMS) project in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, in the presence of the Group's leadership team, as part of its strategy of adopting best international practices in quality management and raising the levels of customer satisfaction.
Acting CEO of Emirates Post Group, Mr. Abdulla Mohammed Alashram, said: "Emirates Post Group is strongly committed to implementing international quality standards in line with its Strategic Plan 2017-2021. The Group's adoption of these principles will lead to improved institutional performance and ensure the streamlining of quality efforts within the Group, which will have a positive impact on the enhancement of customer satisfaction.”
“In order to achieve the objectives of the project, the Group has formed an internal working group comprising representatives from different units and subsidiaries in the group. The team will coordinate with the Plan-Do-Check- Act (PDCA) Management Consultancy to implement all the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard and work to spread the culture of quality in the Group,” he added.
He explained that the project will be implemented within a period of 6 months, in six main stages, under the following six topics: preparation and gap analysis, awareness programs, system development, application support, internal audit management and evaluation for certification.
