Emirates Post Group Launches First Customer Happiness Centre

Emirates Post Group has opened its first "Customer Happiness Center" in Al Bada’a off Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, as part of community happiness initiatives in the UAE. Apart from postal and non-postal services, the centre will provide VIP services, a recreation area for the elderly and a fun corner for kids.
Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Alashram, Acting CEO of Emirates Post Group, said: "The Post Office in Al Bada'a area of Dubai has been selected as the customer happiness center for the convenience of customers. This move is an expression of our support to the National Program of Happiness and Positivity, which seeks to launch and adopt diverse initiatives in the field of community happiness and positivity.”
Mr. Yousuf Al-Khaja, Chief Happiness and Positivity Officer of Emirates Post Group, commented: “The Customer Happiness Center in Al-Bida'a features additional amenities like an area for the elderly and a play corner for customers’ kids. The opening of the new centre reflects our belief that every individual in our team is positive and proactive. Our goal is to achieve the highest levels of happiness and positivity, so that we can put a smile on the faces of our customers and transfer positive energy to them with every service we provide.”
