Dubai, UAE, December 12, 2016: Big Fernand, a French gourmet “fast-good” burger chain, is opening its first outlet in Dubai on Thursday, 15th of December 2016 at The Outlet Village. French excellence at its best, Big Fernand is a celebration of the French way of life.
A treat for ones senses, beyond the taste buds, Big Fernand promises sinfully delicious “hamburgés” – burgers à la française – served with a warm smile and high-spirited humor by men in moustaches, berets and checkered shirts. They boast an astounding 3840 possible combinations of burgers, in addition to their 7 signature hamburgés. It’s a unique experience, where customers can create their own hamburgés.
Big Fernand offers only the best, with the choicest of ingredients used, from French raw milk cheese, Angus beef to artisanal buns, homemade sauces and “Fernandines” (French-fries made in-house). Music from the 80’s, a wooden décor, cheese displays, fun expressions… Every detail is thought to make one enjoy a complete and a unique French experience!
Conceived and concocted on a small Parisian street, to revisit the eternally favourite hamburgés, Big Fernand was born on the 18th of January 2012. It now has more than 25 workshops to its name in France, London, Hong Kong, and now in Dubai. With a highly efficient staff and a process in place, Big Fernand boasts exceptional speed with a customer being served every 40 seconds.
