DHA announces timings of healthcare facilities during the holiday marking the birthday of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

United Arab Emirates, Dubai, December 8, 2016: The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) announced today the working hours for all DHA hospitals, DHA administration, primary health centres and medical fitness centres on Sunday December 11 which is a holiday to mark the birthday of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
Timing of DHA hospitals: Hospitals and health centres, will work as per shift timings and medical practitioners will be on call to ensure work continues as usual.
The emergency departments of all these hospitals will be functional round-the-clock on all days.
All clinics at Dubai Hospital and Rashid Hospital will remain closed. In Latifa Hospital, paediatric walk-in clinics will operate as usual and Hatta hospital’s family medicine clinic will be open from 7 am to 9 pm.
Timings of primary healthcare centres(PHCs):
Nad Al Hamar and Al Barsha health centres will function round-the-clock.
All other PHC’s will be closed.
Medical Fitness Centres:
The Muhaisnah Medical Fitness Centre will remain open 24 hours. All other medical fitness centres will remain closed.
Specialised Centres:
All specialised centres will be closed. Customers may call the DHA hotline number 800 342 for more information.
