“As the Chairman & Managing Director I have put in place a very detailed strategic expansion plan. The plan has been worked out based on various parameters. I also strongly believe that all Al Adil outlets should be within the easy reach of our customers. We believe in customer convenience and this determines the choice of our store locations. For customers convenience is good location and proximity to where they are living and this has been our focus while opening our retail stores across the UAE as well as other GCC countries. All our stores are easily accessible and provide a wide range of Indian foodstuff. Our products are noted for quality and over the years we have never had an instance of customer complaint on account of quality. For Indian expatriates as well as for expatriates from other parts of the globe, we have become the first choice when it comes to getting their preferred foodstuff including authentic masalas and spices,” added Dr. Dhananjay Datar.
“Ever since we opened our first outlet in Bur Dubai to cater to the needs of Indian Housewife, in 1984, we have grown in a major way from our modest beginning. Today, thanks to the ever growing support base we have 34 branches and 2 spices and flour factories – a strong testimony to our hard work as well as identifying the needs of the customers and providing them with products that meet this need. With a very strong quality policy and stringent quality norms and there is no compromise towards that.
