It's the season to enjoy outdoor sports and stay hydrated

There are also some fitness groups outdoors who challenge their physical strength with high intensity trainings. The UAE is even gearing up for the first-ever du Tough Mudder mud and obstacle course happening on December 9 and 10, 2016 at Sheikh Hamdan Sports Complex in Dubai. The 8-kilometre and 16-kilometre challenges are designed to test the physical capabilities of individuals but also their willpower to complete the courses.

Preparing the body for extreme sports is crucial so as to avoid any injuries. It is equally important to keep the body well-hydrated when engaging in sports.
