United Arab Emirates, Dubai, November 9, 2016: The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) held today the monthly ‘Leaders at Your Service’ initiative to provide customers with an opportunity to directly express their feedback, suggestions and complaints to senior DHA leaders.
Sheikha Al Rahoomi, Director of Customer Relations Department at the DHA highlighted the importance of this initiative and said it provides customers with a direct platform to communicate with the leaders of the DHA and give their suggestions, feedback or complaints.
All calls received during the two hour live session are recorded and promptly followed-up. Customers can call 800 342 to directly speak to the leaders selected.
Maisa Al Bustani, Director of Medical Fitness engaged with customers on various topics related medical fitness services over a period of two hours.
She discussed the various services that the 18 medical fitness centres in Dubai offer.
Al Bustani highlighted the benefit of the Tawajud service, which is a fast-track service that is highly beneficial for corporate employees. DHA employees visit the office or home of the individual who has requested for this service and conduct the medical fitness tests required on the spot. For every request, a maximum of 70 employees are tested. This saves the time of the business community as their employees can get the test done in their offices itself.
Customers can contact the DHA on the call centre no 800342 or send an e-mail on Wasselsotak@dha.gov.ae.
