Galderma Raises Skincare Awareness Among Al Ain's Teachers

Global dermatology leader Galderma engages Garden City’s educational community on the importance of using skincare products at Al Ain Teachers Come Back Season Festival
Dubai, UAE, October 8, 2016: Galderma, the medical solutions company of Nestlé Skin Health, expanded its awareness campaign on the importance of skincare protection by engaging Al Ain-based education professionals at the Garden City’s Teachers Come Back Season Festival 2016.
Held at the Rotana Al Ain Aquarius Pool Arena last week, the event saw hundreds of teachers working in Al Ain attend a one-off event featuring a live performance by Simon Webbe - of boy band Blue Fame - and experience product activations by numerous local and international brands and service providers.
In addition to providing attendees with information on how they can care for their skin health, Galderma staff distributed samples of its pharmacy-only skincare and suncare products from the Cetaphil®, Daylong® and Cetaphil Baby® ranges.
“We believe that it’s never too early to start taking care of your skin and teachers provide a great avenue to target families and the wider community on the skincare benefits of Cetaphil® Daylong®, and Cetaphil Baby® products,” said Hesham Abdallah, Regional Director – Middle East and Africa.
Cetaphil®, the internationally-renowned dermatological skincare brand, has been providing skincare solutions for more than 60 years and available in UAE since 2007, offering a comprehensive range of cleansers and moisturizers that fits all types of sensitive skin for all consumers across their lifetime.
Galderma also recently launched its Daylong® sun care range, which includes nine sun care products in four different categories: dry skin, oily skin, kids and an after sun line.
Finally, the Cetaphil Baby® range is dermatologically-engineered to strengthen the natural development of babies’ delicate skin in its vulnerable early stages. Combining the power of science and nature to soothe, protect and nourish delicate baby skin, the products feature organic calendula, shea butter and sunflower oil.
“Since Galderma made its official debut in the UAE last year, we’ve been targeting various communities across the UAE on our vision of holistic healthcare – an approach designed to enhance quality of life by delivering science-based solutions for the health of skin, hair and nails over the course of people’s lives,” continued Abdallah.
