Volcano Roll - A Ura Maki with tempura batter on the outside with fresh crab meat and shredded cucumber inside. It is drizzled with our chef's special volcano sauce and topped with red and black tobiko, chopped leeks and black and white sesame seeds.
Mother of Dragon – A deep fried HosoMaki with fresh salmon rolled in tempura batter, leeks, spicy mayo and orange caviar topped with Manga Sushi's Signature Unagi Sauce, spicy Mayo and red tobiko.
Monster Roll - Slice of seared salmon marinated in chili powder with a combination of avocado, asparagus, Ebi and sweet spicy mayo and topped with tempura fritters, jalapeño and Sriracha sauce.
