Dubai, UAE, September 28, 2016: TASC Outsourcing, the leading talent management company in the UAE, held a blood donation drive for its employees and associates in collaboration with Dubai Blood Donation Centre (DBDC), part of Dubai Health Authority, yesterday. A dedicated team from DBDC undertook the responsibility of testing the donors and ensuring donation eligibility. With participation from 62 donors, the drive was a huge success.
Speaking about the blood donation drive, Dr. May Raouf - Head of DBDC, said: “We are very pleased that organisations like TASC are taking up the commitment to create more opportunities for people to donate blood. Donating of blood is one of the most important social responsibilities today, the demand for which has been surging and requires immediate attention. We are constantly working on spreading the awareness about blood donation. It is a huge support to our mission when private sector organisations come on board to join us in this noble cause.”
Mrs. Nadia Kalantar - Head of Marketing and Donors Recruitment in DBDC also appreciated the cooperation of TASC management and staff in conducting this organized and fruitful event.
