Abu Dhabi, May 23, 2016: Liberty, authorised dealer for Cadillac in the UAE, has taken customer care to the next level by opening a state of the art, customer-friendly Cadillac Service Centre at Umm Al Nar, near Maqta Bridge, Abu Dhabi.
The brand-new, 28-bay facility is the first Cadillac service centre in the region designed along the lines of latest Cadillac direction, offering quality services for mechanical and body works. It has been developed as a one-stop shop for all requirements of Cadillac customers in sales, service and spare parts, with facilities like large parking area and a retail counter.
The new service centre was inaugurated by Khalfan Al Kaabi, Sheikh Khalid Abdulaziz Al Qasimi, Chairman of Liberty Group and Mario A. Spangenberg, President and Managing Director for GM Africa and Middle East, in the presence of senior management officials of Liberty and Cadillac.
Commenting on the facility, Sheikh Khalid Abdulaziz Al Qasimi said: “We are proud to present to our Abu Dhabi Cadillac patrons our most advanced and meticulously designed service centre in a highly convenient location. We have ensured that the new centre boasts world-class service facilities in customer care. This service centre has tried to incorporate elements that a brand like Cadillac truly deserves, and we are confident our Abu Dhabi customers will have an enjoyable ownership experience every time they come here.”
Mario A. Spangenberg, President and Managing Director for GM Africa and Middle East, commented: “At General Motors, we put our customers at the centre of everything we do, and are fully committed to ensuring they receive a world-class buying and ownership experience. In line with this, we are delighted to see that Liberty Automobiles has created a service centre that embodies what it means to be customer-centric, while maintaining the high standards of the Cadillac brand.”
Rajesh Krishnan, Group General Manager, commented that the outstanding features of the new Cadillac Service Centre include a plush customer waiting lounge, fully air-conditioned workshop with energy-saving solar-powered lighting system, water recycling system, 1-hour service maintenance Wait & Take facility, and 100% compliance with Premium Cadillac Care Program.
The service centre is designed in such a way that the customer receiving and delivery areas provide direct access to the lounge and service consultants. There are sufficient service consultants to spend more time with customers, and give extra attention to their requirements. Extended working hours and GM-certified service consultants and technicians are other value additions.
For Liberty Automobiles, Abu Dhabi is a high-potential market due to strong demand for luxury cars from high-end customers, fuelled by expansion of the city, higher investment in luxury segments and attractive travel destination. Liberty has a great line-up of new models, including the recently launched CTS-V and ATS-V and the forthcoming Cadillac CT6 and XT5.
