Al-Futtaim Motors inaugurates the first 3S Toyota and Lexus facilities in Madinat Zayed

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, May 14, 2016: Under the patronage of H.H. Hamdan bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Representative of the Ruler in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi, Al-Futtaim Motors, exclusive distributor of Toyota and Lexus in the UAE, announced the official launch of its newest 3S facilities (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) for Toyota and Lexus in Madinat Zayed.

The new facility was inaugurated by H.E. Mohamed Hamad bin Azzan Al Mazroui, Acting Undersecretary of the Ruler’s Representative Court in the Western Region, at an official ribbon cutting ceremony, attended by senior officials from Al-Futtaim Motors.

In line with the company’s customer-centric approach, the new Madinat Zayed Toyota and Lexus facilities have been developed with the needs of customers in mind, providing those living in the Western Region with not only a convenient location, but also with a superior customer experience, thanks to a team of trained staff committed to provide market leading customer service.

Strategically located in the Madinat Zayed Industrial Area Road South, the new Toyota facility houses a 900m2 showroom and a service center that covers 3500m2, with a total of 15 work bays catering to up to 60 vehicles per day, to guarantee faster maintenance and express service. 

Similarly, the adjacent Lexus showroom, spread over another 900m2 focuses – along with the service centre – on a premium customer experience, synonymous with the brand’s ethos. The Lexus facility features a dedicated delivery area for new vehicles and offers appointment-based car servicing that reduces waiting times for guests with busy schedules.

Al-Futtaim Motors’ nation-wide expansion plan has been in full swing over the past three years, with a centralized focus on the nation’s capital and neighboring regions, giving Al-Futtaim Motors customers easier access to Toyota, Lexus, Hino and Toyota Material Handling Equipment facilities.

The new Madinat Zayed Toyota and Lexus showrooms operate six days a week from 8am to 1pm and from 4pm to 8pm Saturday through Wednesday, and from 8am to 1pm on Thursday, while the service center receives customers from as early as 7.30am to 1.30pm and from 3.30 pm to 7.30pm Saturday through Wednesday, and from 8am to 1pm on Thursday. The showrooms and service centers will be closed on Fridays.
