du prepaid customers can now seamlessly access an array of self-services – ranging from checking their balance, buying data bundles and accessing international offers – simply by dialing the USSD code *135#, free of charge
Dubai, UAE, May 2, 2016: As part of du’s commitment to providing its prepaid customers with a simplified, convenient experience, the telecommunications service provider has just launched a self-service portal. The portal aims to bring services at customers’ fingertips, allowing users to access to a vast range of services by dialling *135#, free of charge.
This means that prepaid customers no longer need to call du’s Customer Care or remember multiple codes; instead, they can manage their own services simply by dialing *135# and pressing the call button. From there, they can access a list of options just by selecting them. Some of the services available on this self-service portal are balance check, recharging, buying data bundles, accessing latest international calling offers and more.
“At du, we have long believed that the core of our success lies in our ability to anticipate and exceed our customers’ expectations,” said Fahad Al Hassawi, Chief Commercial Officer, du. “It is in line with this vision that we have opted to adopt a one-stop-shop approach to our services. By putting customer service in the hands of our trusted prepaid customers – and creating an integrated service portal – we can ensure that our prepaid customers have access to a hassle-free, seamless, and ultra-convenient end-to-end experience.”
Should they choose to, prepaid customers can still access each individual option by dialing its respective code. Or, they can simply dial *135# and get direct access to all the different services available.
