Lexus more attractive than ever before through its 2016 IS range

The 2016 Lexus IS delivers its highly responsive and agile performance through two distinct models. The new Lexus IS 200t is powered by a 2.0 Litre 4-cylinder turbocharged engine that generates 241 HP and the Lexus IS 350 has a 3.5 Litre V6 engine with 312 HP maximum output. An 8-speed Sport Direct Shift transmission effectively harnesses the engines of both models for instant acceleration. Double wishbone front suspension and multi-link rear suspension with coil spring, gas-filled shock absorbers and stabilizer bar, ensure a smooth ride. 

In the 2016 IS F Sport, performance reaches racetrack levels with exclusively tuned Adaptive Variable Suspension and Variable Gear Ratio Steering that optimally controls steering angle in response to vehicle speed and steering input.

An aggressive spindle grille clearly highlights the sportiness of the 2016 Lexus IS. Powerful LED headlamps add to its athletic personality with projector type illumination while independent LED Daytime Running Lamps complement the attractive front. A leather wrapped steering wheel and shift lever knob welcomes the driver into the Lexus IS. Advanced safety in this Lexus begins with Vehicle Dynamic Integrated Management (VDIM). Other safety features for confident driving include Lane Change Assist with Blind Spot Monitor that comes in handy when moving between lanes, and Rear Cross Traffic Alert that helps with safe exiting from parking.
