Integrated marketing communications firm will support non-profit organisation’s media relations and marketing efforts.
Dubai based integrated marketing communications firm The Content Factory (TCF) has just announced its partnership with the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF), a non-political, non-profit organisation, which addresses the medical and humanitarian needs of children in the Middle East injured by war, occupation or poverty. TCF will work towards scaling up the awareness on PCRF’s objectives and various initiatives within the region.
“We are pleased to have TCF on board as a partner in disseminating our message and in raising awareness about our humanitarian work in the UAE. Our primary objective is to identify and treat every child in the Middle East in need, and to arrange cost-free treatment abroad for those children who cannot be adequately treated in their home country. More than 1000 children have been sent overseas for treatment already and we’re happy to have TCF help us further this cause,” said Steve Sosebee CEO and Co-founder of the PCRF.
PCRF locates, sponsors and runs volunteer medical missions from all over the world to Palestine and Lebanon’s camps to provide children in need with free medical care and also to train the local medical staff over there. Since the organisation opened its doors in 1991, over 20,000 children have been treated on site in the Palestinian Territories only.
“We are proud to be associated with the PCRF – they do excellent work for children in the Middle East, in need of help and work towards restoring hope in their lives. Social responsibility has always been a big aspect of the work we do atTCF, and we are glad to be part of the PCRF’s efforts,” said Layth Dajani, Founder and CEO of TCF.
PCRF was recently in the news for setting up the medical treatment of burn-victim Ghadeer Al Titi. The 18-year-old Palestinian girl was left with severe physical scarring after suffering third degree burns at the age of three, and was brought to Dubai by the PCRF, through liaising with the American Academy for Cosmetic Surgery Hospital, for free medical treatment, and Etihad Airlines for a free ticket. .
