Prime Healthcare Group introduces Prime Homecare service in UAE

UAE, Feb 7, 2015- Prime Healthcare Group, a leading healthcare service provider in the UAE, has announced the launch of Prime Homecare with an aim to offer professional medical help and attention to patients within the comfort of their home. It is a strategic move to fill the market gap for specialized homecare service and gain a bigger market share in the country’s rapidly expanding healthcare industry. The service is currently available in Dubai with plans to extend it to other emirates in the future.

With the vison of Reliability, Relationship and Results, Prime Homecare offers its service to any person who has difficulty in commuting to Prime Healthcare facilities due to illness, injury or disability or requires continuing care in their home. The unit consists of a multi-disciplinary team of qualified healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, healthcare assistants, and supported by a staff who have significant experience in offering homecare in tandem with patient’s medical needs and physician’s instructions.

The Prime Homecare service is extended to all clients regardless of race, age, gender, creed, colour, nationality, religion, handicap and marital status. The key services include care for patients with disability, chronic illness, dementia and those recovering from a stroke; palliative, mother and child, and elderly services;  doctors’ visits; child health services; nutrition management; skilled nursing care; blood/specimen collection for laboratory investigation; patient escort for hospital/home; physiotherapy; and rehabilitation. In addition, it also provides education and counselling to caregivers as well as medical equipment for Homecare.
