UAE, 20 January, 2016- The Dubai Judicial Institute (DJI) launched its new quarterly publication, Emirates Law, Business & Practice Magazine at a press event held in Al Ras Hall at the InterContinental Hotel in Festival City, Dubai. The newly-launched magazine is a quarterly-printed publication featuring the most recent legal developments in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the rest of the world. Articles are practitioner-oriented and non-academic to cater to a wider reading audience. 

Judge Dr. Jamal Al Sumaiti, Director General at DJI said, “We are proud to launch our new quarterly magazine, Emirates Law, Business & Practice Magazine, which aims to provide readers a credible and comprehensive point of reference that can help protect and uphold the spirit and practice of the law as a vital element in the UAE's pursuit of enduring prosperity and peace. Every edition of the magazine will cover a specific theme and its various legal aspects, including topics of significant interest to the local and international legal communities. Professionals from the legal and judicial community are encouraged to pick up a copy of the magazine to stay informed of local, regional and international legal developments.”     

Emirates Law, Business & Practice Magazine is being positioned to be a global law magazine that can make significant contributions to legal debates and serve as a strategic platform to showcase and discuss emerging concerns and challenges of the local and international legal community. The magazine will cover specialized subject areas, offering independent analysis by experts in their field-such as the judiciary, academics, solicitors, barristers, in-house lawyers, government lawyers, corporate lawyers, and students. Emirates Law, Business & Practice Magazine is expected to provide its readers with a wide selection of relevant law disciplines, addressing various aspects of law.
