EPG celebrates UAE National Day with joy and patriotic fervour

Dubai, November 29, 2015: Emirates Post Group celebrated 44th UAE National Day with a spirit of pride and loyalty at a colourful function held at the head office, attended by Acting CEO of EPG, Mr. Fahad Al Hosani, other CEOs and a large gathering of employees, which included honouring the employees who successfully completed the national service.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Fahad Al Hosni said, 'The National Day is an appropriate occasion to offer our warmest congratulations to HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister Ruler of Dubai, and Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates, and to the people of the country.”

He added that it was most appropriate to highlight the importance of the national day this year and boost national loyalty in commemoration of the brave sacrifices made by our martyrs by shedding their blood for the country, for the sake of establishing peace and stability in the region.

He said Emirates Post Group celebrated the National Day under the hashtag #MyNationalPost which embodies the spirit of patriotism and renewal of vows of loyalty to the wise leadership. 'The march of the Union is a long journey of nation building, and the UAE's historic achievements have provided a lead for others to follow.”

He added that the celebration was dominated by the national Innovation strategy launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and expressed the hope it would motivate EPG employees to innovate in their daily work.
