Ferrari World Abu Dhabi's 5th Anniversary Celebrations Kick Off with Scuderia Ferrari Legends!

Abu Dhabi, UAE, November 29, 2015:  Ferrari World Abu Dhabi had the legendary Scuderia Ferrari champions, Sebastian Vettel, Kimi Raikkonen and Esteban Gutierrez kick off the Park’s 5th anniversary celebrations. Vettel, Raikkonen and Gutierrez were welcomed by Jesse Vargas, General Manager at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, and were invited on stage for the cutting of the commemorative cake which will initiate a full year of celebrations at the park. 

The Scuderia Ferrari legends also got a taste of the world’s fastest roller coaster, Formula Rossa, before Vargas handed the latest Ferrari family member, Vettel, a lifetime pass to the Park as a token of appreciation.

Commenting on the momentous day, Vargas said “We are privileged to commence our 5th Anniversary celebrations with the Scuderia Ferrari Drivers and the team. I am exceptionally proud to be representing this iconic brand through the entertainment of millions with an existing mix of unique rides and attractions and more record breaking rides which will guarantee first class fun and make an already unmatchable experience even more special.” 

The Park celebrates many accomplishments whilst surpassing historic milestones over the past five years. It has hosted guests of all ages from around the world since it opened its doors in 2010 on the UAE’s premier leisure hub, Yas Island.
