Emirates Post Group felicitates over 80 strategic partners

Dubai, November 8, 2015: Emirates Post Group felicitated more than 80 strategic partners and some leading media organizations during its annual Strategic Partner Gathering organized as part of steps to strengthen communication channels with partners and exchange of ideas on improving services.
The event was attended by representatives from government departments and institutions as well as private companies and media organizations that have contributed to the growth of Emirates Post Group during the current year. The invitees were welcomed by Chief Commercial Officer of EPG, Mr. Ibrahim Bin Karam other senior officials of EPG.
In his welcome address, Mr. Ibrahim Bin Karam thanked the strategic partners and appreciated their contribution to the growth of Emirates Post Group and enhancement of its services during the year. He stressed that Group was committed to providing multiple services, both postal and non-postal, by working closely with strategic partners.
He further said that Emirates Post Group had set high standards for its products and services, apart from following a detailed strategy for expansion across the country. “We constantly strive to monitor customer satisfaction to enable our partners to achieve their goals, while ensuring that our customers get a wide range of services under one roof. This event is aimed at showing our appreciation to all our partners and exchange ideas that would lead to better services and higher standards,” Mr. Bin Karam added.
Mr. Bin Karam also thanked the media for its support and appreciated their role in nation building.
The event concluded with the presentation of special awards, business support awards and appreciation certificates and trophies to the strategic partners and media organizations.
