Weekend, the lifestyle line by Max Mara Group, opens the first store in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The shop includes 169 square meters of retail space and it’s located inside the Al Nakheel Mall, a key destination in Riyadh city
Brand’s second store is now located in Abu Dhabi.
The shop includes 142 square meters of retail space and it’s located inside the Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi’s must visit and vibrant getaway shopping offering an unparalleled retail experience at the heart of the dynamic Yas Island
A cozy and welcoming atmosphere combined with contemporary, eclectic pieces that mixes different styles, origins and periods and furnished with sofas, chairs, occasional tables, lamps, carpets, cushions, books and magazines.
The use of strongly contrasting materials such as cementine (a very typical Italian cement-paste flooring), walnut wood in strips, cement-grey colored glazed cotto tiling strips to provide the different areas of the shop with a specific characterization and create pathways through it.
Developed in 1984 as a casual, outdoor collection ideal for week-ends as the name suggests, Weekend Max Mara is now a solution for the contemporary demand for garments that are practical and versatile, full of colour and elegantly feminine. Pieces that express the true concept of “utility de luxe”, a clever combination of glamour and sophistication matched by the label’s original sportswear DNA.
The brand has grown considerably since its inception and has a worldwide distribution with over 160 stand–alone stores located in Italy, Europe and the Far East. It is also available as concessions throughout leading department stores both in the USA and mega stores in Japan and Greater China.
