Dubai, United Arab Emirates, September 2, 2015: Several employees of the Dubai Health Authority(DHA) attended today a lecture on the legal system in UAE.
The lecture was jointly organized by the medical education and legal department of the DHA.
The lecture was aimed at boosting awareness among the DHA's staff members about the laws and regulations of the UAE.
Advocate Ahmed Hamed, assistant legal advisor at the DHA said that such programs are important to educate the staff about the legal system in the country.
Hamed said the lectures will help non-lawyers better understand UAE legal procedures.
During this training, topics including grievance redressal system and medical liability was covered.
