La Perla launches new jewel accessory: The suspender strap that becomes a bracelet

Dubai, August 2, 2015: In the Fall/Winter 2015 season, La Perla communicates its desire to cross the boundary between lingerie and clothing with the launch of its exclusive INSIDE/OUT JEWEL: the suspender strap that transforms into a bracelet. 

This special piece from the Atelier Collection comes in two versions, one essential model in silk satin with golden metal hooks, and the other the height of luxury, included in the La Perla Made to Measure service.  

At the key La Perla flagship stores, customers can request customisation of the suspenders with 18-carat gold hooks and a row of precious stones, choosing from diamonds, rubies, sapphires or emeralds, to match the main colours of the collection: white, black, blue and red.

The same jewelled piece was worn by Naomi Campbell, Natasha Poly and Liu Wen in the shots for the La Perla A/W 2015 campaign and on the catwalk as part of the Atelier Collection at the Parisian Haute Couture fashion week.

This accessory can be made even more unique with the addition of a gold and diamond hook, inspired by a key event in the Company's history. The founder’s son, Alberto Masotti, gave the new owner, Silvio Scaglia, this precious hook as a good luck charm for the new chapter which was beginning with the re-launch of La Perla. This gesture has transformed the jewel into a symbolic representation of the luxury and style of the new La Perla creations.
