The Role Process Improvement & Optimization Support the identification, analysis, and improvement of business processes across commercial functions. Assist in developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows. Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) across commercial departments. Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for management review. Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Business Excellence Initiatives Assist in the implementation of business excellence frameworks and continuous improvement programs. Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational performance. Participate in internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established processes and standards. Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Management, and Operations to ensure alignment of processes and performance metrics. Support workshops and meetings to drive process alignment and continuous improvement initiatives. Data Analysis & Insights Collect and analyze business data to support decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational and commercial performance.
Requirements Bachelors degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 35 years of experience in business excellence, process improvement, or performance management, preferably within real estate or a related industry. Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Ability to document processes and develop structured reports.
