The Role We are seeking a Projects Manager to lead the execution of large-scale mixed-use developments in Madinah, with a combined value of approximately SAR 2 billion. This role will oversee project delivery end-to-end, managing teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of complex, high-profile assets. Client Details Our client is a well-capitalised real estate investment firm focused exclusively on the Saudi Arabian market. With a significant land bank and an expanding portfolio of mixed-use and hospitality-led developments, the organisation operates a lean, high-performing model across investment, development, and asset management functions. Description • Lead execution of all Madinah-based projects, acting as the senior on-ground authority • Manage two major developments, including a large-scale mixed-use hospitality project • Oversee project lifecycle from design through construction and delivery • Direct and manage Project Managers and external consultants/contractors • Coordinate with internal teams across investment, procurement, and operations • Ensure projects meet quality, cost, timeline, and compliance objectives • Drive contractor performance across split-package delivery models • Support permit resolution processes and ensure timely recommencement of works • Provide progress reporting to senior leadership and board stakeholders • Contribute to strategic decisions impacting project delivery and execution Job Offer • Competitive, market-aligned salary • Family benefits including schooling support and annual travel allowances • Performance-based long-term incentive linked to project profitability • Senior leadership exposure within a high-growth investment platform • Opportunity to deliver high-profile developments in a key religious destination
Requirements • 15-20 years experience in construction and development delivery • Proven track record delivering at least one full hospitality tower project (A-Z) • Strong site execution expertise is essential • Experience with high-rise (approx. 18 floors) developments preferred • Background in civil engineering (architecture considered with strong delivery focus) • Previous exposure to the KSA market is highly desirable • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and large contractor teams • Comfortable operating in lean teams with high ownership and responsibility
