The Role
Were looking for a detail-oriented, proactive ERP & Business Process Associate to support ongoing projects involving ERP implementation and SOP development. The ideal candidate will assist with data preparation, system implementation support, and business documentation (BRDs/SOPs), working closely with the Project Lead and functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. ERP Implementation Support: - Assist in ERP implementation activities. - Support data migration and data uploads (master data, opening balances, transactional data) - Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and issue tracking - Validate system configurations against business requirements - Coordinate with ERP consultants for issue resolution 2. Business Requirement Documentation (BRD): - Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) - Gather requirements through user discussions and workshops - Translate business needs into structured documentation - Maintain proper version control and documentation repository 3. SOP Development: - Draft, structure, and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Align SOPs with ERP workflows and internal controls - Coordinate with departments for validation and approval

Requirements
Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in: - Accounting / Finance - Business Administration - Information Systems / ERP-related disciplines Experience Requirements: - 2–4 years of relevant experience - Prior experience in: - ERP systems - SOP documentation and process mapping - Data handling and analysis Technical Skills Strong proficiency in: - Microsoft Excel (mandatory) – data cleaning, formatting, and uploads - Microsoft Word & PowerPoint – documentation and reporting - Basic understanding of: - ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR) - Data migration and validation processes - Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) – preferred Reporting Structure: - Reports directly to: Project Lead - Works closely with: Functional teams, ERP consultants, and business users Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Timely and accurate preparation of BRDs and SOPs - Accuracy and completeness of data uploads and validation - Quality of deliverables with minimal revisions Other Requirements: - Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
