The Role Position Title: Sr. Planner and Merchandiser Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 20,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Airline Ticket Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Job Description: Prepare and propose Seasonal Budgets/OTB (Open-to-Buy) from Brand down to Class/Sub-Class levels, ensuring alignment with financial goals such as Sales, Opening/Closing Stocks, Inflows, Forward Covers, and Sales Margins. Monitor the flow of stock received in warehouses, ensuring it is allocated to stores and is actively selling. Collaborate with Buyers and Stores to resolve any out-of-stock situations. Contribute to Promotion and End-of-Season Sales (EOSS) planning, focusing on pricing strategies, discounting, and inventory optimization. Conduct regular store visits to monitor product performance, trends, and customer feedback.
Requirements 38 years old and below Bachelors degree in Retail Fashion Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with 56 years of experience in retail planning (preferably in fashion retail). Strong expertise in merchandise planning, including inventory management, sales forecasting, assortment planning, and open-to-buy (OTB) strategies. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with solid experience in financial planning, pricing strategies, and data analysis.
