The Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our private office operations in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing day-to-day activities, improving processes, and leading teams to achieve operational excellence within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality. - Manage daily operations ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. - Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflows and improve communication. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Lead, motivate, and supervise the operations team to maintain high performance and productivity standards. - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for operational activities. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. - Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. - Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably within a private office setting. - Strong leadership and team management skills with a results-driven approach. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in process optimization, performance management, and operational strategies. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic work environment. - Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements. - Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. - Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are Must.
