The Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter with strong experience in high-volume / bulk hiring, particularly for customer-facing roles, and who thrives in an operational, execution-focused environment. This is an onsite position, requiring someone who is actively involved in the full recruitment lifecycle — not just managing vendors, but driving results directly. Key Responsibilities • Lead and execute end-to-end bulk hiring campaigns across multiple geographies • Manage high-volume recruitment for customer-facing roles (e.g., front office, service staff, operations personnel) • Take a hands-on approach in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates • Build and maintain strong pipelines across Southeast Asia and African markets • Develop and manage relationships with recruitment vendors, agencies, and partners • Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are consistently met • Conduct market mapping and provide insights on talent availability and hiring trends • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business needs • Maintain high standards of candidate experience and employer branding

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: • Proven experience in bulk / mass hiring environments • Strong background recruiting for customer-facing or operational roles • Demonstrated hands-on recruitment approach (not purely managerial or vendor-reliant) • Experience working with and managing third-party recruitment vendors and agencies • Exposure to hiring across Southeast Asia and/or Africa is highly preferred • Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities
