Position Title: Operations Manager - Real Estate Platform & Mobile App Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 30,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai based, growing tech-enabled real estate business backed by a diversified holding group serving the region. Job Description: 1. Oversee daily operations of the platform across all functional areas 2. Continuously improve efficiency across onboarding, listings, payments, and support 3. Coordinate UAT sign-off and ensure all critical issues are resolved prior to launch 4. Oversee property onboarding, listing quality, and platform content standards

Requirements
Qualifications: 5. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field 6. Alteast 5 years’ experience in managing RE platform operations in UAE 7. Mobile App and platform are almost ready to go live so we need someone who is tech savy as well and can walk thru - partners, landlords, investors, on how to navigate the app. 8. With good communication skills; professional with clients, investors and even residents
