The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial activities, ensuring the organisations financial health and compliance. This role requires strategic financial planning and leadership within the Media & Agency industry. Client Details Our client is a reputable organisation operating within the Media & Agency industry. As a medium-sized business, they are focused on delivering exceptional services to their clients while fostering a professional and collaborative work environment. Description * Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organisations goals. * Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. * Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements. * Provide strategic guidance on investment opportunities and risk management. * Lead and manage the accounting and finance department. * Monitor and control cash flow, costs, and financial performance. * Collaborate with stakeholders to support decision-making processes. * Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems. Requirements
A successful CFO should have: * A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Ability to communicate in German to business standard. * Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA. * Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. * Experience in B2B services is preferred. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in financial software and tools.
