The Role
Position Title: Landscape QS Employment Type: Full Time Salary: 15,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences. Job Description: • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for landscape construction projects. • Manage cost planning, value engineering, and budget control from concept to project completion. • Evaluate subcontractor quotations, conduct tender analysis, and support procurement processes. • Monitor project costs, assess variations, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with budgets and contract terms.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with proven QS experience in landscaping, construction, or infrastructure projects • Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, contract administration, and familiarity with FIDIC contracts and GCC construction practices • Proficient in MS Excel and QS/cost management software, with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills • Must have experience in luxury landscaping, villa or hospitality projects in the GCC, including high-end materials and working with developers, consultants, or top-tier UAE contractors
