The Role
We are supporting a confidential Abu Dhabi-based organization seeking a Finance Control Manager – Reconciliation & Revenue Assurance to lead reconciliation and revenue assurance across international operations. This is a critical control role for a candidate with strong multi-currency reconciliation, system alignment, and cash integrity experience. Key responsibilities include: • Own end-to-end reconciliation of collections, remittances, and bank settlements • Lead multi-system and multi-currency reconciliation across countries • Drive variance analysis, revenue assurance, and leakage prevention controls • Develop dashboards, SOPs, and audit-ready reconciliation frameworks

Requirements
To be considered, applicants should bring: • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field • Around 8+ years in finance, reconciliation, or revenue assurance roles • Strong account reconciliation, variance analysis, and control environment experience • Exposure to multi-currency, high-volume, transaction-based operations across multiple systems and countries Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate strong technical depth, process discipline, and clear examples of ownership in similarly structured environments.
