The Role
This is a broad, hands?on legal role within a lean in?house team supporting a fast?moving holding company and its subsidiaries, offering exceptional exposure across commercial, corporate, and transactional matters. You will act as the first point of legal contact for the business, working closely with senior stakeholders and external counsel in a demanding, high?pace environment. Client Details A rapidly growing life sciences organisation operating at holding company level with an expanding subsidiary portfolio. Backed by institutional shareholders, the business is scaling at pace and building robust governance to support long?term growth. Description * Act as the first?line legal advisor across the holding company and subsidiaries * Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, from NDAs to complex transactions * Support commercial, corporate, and transactional matters in a fast?scaling environment * Manage and coordinate external legal counsel on specialist and high?value matters * Provide pragmatic, business?focused legal advice to senior stakeholders * Support international partner engagements, working in English daily * Take a fully hands?on approach, including routine and administrative legal tasks Job Offer * High?impact, high?visibility role with accelerated professional development * KSA National opportunity

Requirements
* KSA national with 3-6 years post?qualification legal experience * Strong background in commercial, corporate, or transactional law * Excellent written and spoken English, with international exposure * Comfortable working in a lean team with limited templates or precedent * Able to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and intense workloads * Pragmatic, resilient, and commercially minded * Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability across a broad legal remit
