The Contracts Manager will oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts, ensuring compliance and efficient delivery of construction projects. Requirements
A successful Contracts Manager should have: * Proven experience in contract management within the property or construction industry. * Bachelors in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management * Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations relevant to the construction sector. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. * Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
