The Role The Contracts Manager will oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts, ensuring compliance and efficient delivery of construction projects. Description * Draft, review, and negotiate FIDIC contracts to ensure alignment with project objectives and compliance requirements. * Monitor contract performance and address any deviations or issues promptly. * Collaborate with project teams to manage contract changes and variations effectively. * Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards within the property and construction sectors. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts. * Provide advice and guidance on contractual matters to internal teams. * Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts and related activities. Requirements A successful Contracts Manager should have: * Proven experience in contract management within the property or construction industry. * Bachelors in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management * Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations relevant to the construction sector. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. * Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
