The Role Reporting to the Regional Director, you will drive growth across KSA for a leading global provider of financial training and professional education solutions. This role requires strong experience in B2B and B2G sales, ideally within financial services, professional training, or certifications. Client Details A global leader in financial education, certifications, and professional development Description * Identify and develop new business opportunities across financial institutions, corporates, and government entities in KSA * Promote a portfolio of financial training programs, certifications, and bespoke learning solutions * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (L&D, HR, senior business leaders) * Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, tenders, and presentations aligned with client needs * Collaborate with internal teams to customize programs for the Saudi market * Track sales performance, manage pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings Job Offer * Competitive salary and commission structure * Opportunity to join a globally respected financial education provider * Strong career growth prospects in a high-demand sector * Exposure to leading financial institutions and strategic clients
Requirements A successful CRM professional should have: * Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within financial services, professional training, certifications, or L&D * Strong network within banks, financial institutions, or large corporates in KSA * Proven track record in managing complex, consultative sales cycles * Ability to engage senior stakeholders and build long-term partnerships * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
