Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and analytically strong HR Consultant to support our consulting practice across business development, proposal creation, project delivery support, reporting, and practice management activities. The role requires strong exposure to consulting firm environments, excellent PowerPoint and MS Excel skills, and the ability to produce fit?for?purpose, client?ready deliverables. The position offers hands?on exposure to consulting engagements, senior leadership interaction, and end?to?end consulting lifecycle support. Key Responsibilities 1. Business & Proposal Development Support Support Senior Partner and colleagues in developing client proposals, pitches, and RFP responses Structure and draft compelling PowerPoint presentations, proposal decks, and capability documents Develop commercial, technical, and engagement sections of proposals in alignment with firm standards Create and maintain proposal trackers, bid pipelines, and opportunity dashboards using Excel Conduct benchmarking, research, and analysis to support proposal positioning Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues in other Moore JFC Group procurement team, other service lines and in different countries, as per business requirements Liaison with sub-contractors, experts and specialists where required to augment Moore JFC Group efforts to enhance market outreach and augment resourcing 2. Project Delivery & Client Engagement Support Support consulting project team and based on client mandates, in project coordination, scheduling, and documentation Prepare project plans, status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and progress dashboards Support the development of client deliverables, including assessment reports, recommendations, and executive summaries Coordinate internal and client meetings, capture MoMs, and track action items Ensure quality assurance and formatting consistency of all client-facing documents 3. Reporting & Documentation Develop analytical reports, management dashboards, and summaries using Excel and PowerPoint Support data consolidation, analysis, and visualization to enable decision-making Maintain accurate and structured project documentation repositories Assist in creating standardized templates, toolkits, and methodologies for the HR consulting practice 4. Practice Management & Administrative Support Support day?to?day practice management activities, including utilization tracking and resourcing support Maintain internal knowledge assets, credentials, CVs, and case studies Support internal initiatives such as practice planning, capability building, and process improvements Assist leadership with ad?hoc analysis, reporting, and presentations

Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies Strong PowerPoint expertise with the ability to create clear, executive?level consulting decks Qualifications & Experience MBA (HR / Management) or equivalent preferred HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, or equivalent) preferred 3–6 years of experience in: Consulting firms (preferred), or Professional services / advisory environments Prior exposure to HR consulting, transformation, or advisory projects is an advantage Preferred Experience Experience supporting consulting proposals and client delivery Familiarity with HR domains such as: HR transformation Organization design Talent management Workforce planning HR policies and process improvement Exposure to client-facing environments and senior stakeholders What We Offer Exposure to end?to?end consulting engagements Opportunity to work closely with Partners and senior leadership A collaborative, high?performance consulting culture Clear learning and professional growth opportunities Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas, trackers, dashboards, and data analysis Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with excellent document structuring and formatting skills Ability to work in fast?paced consulting environments with multiple deadlines Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills
