The Role
• Review curtain wall shop drawings, calculation reports and construction details • Conduct on-site technical training, installation guidance and clarification • Solve on-site technical issues, optimize installation solutions and ensure facade performance • Manage technical documents, drawing updates and material submittals • Bridge communication between Chinese and local teams on technical matters • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structure Engineering or related • 3–5 years of curtain wall design/engineering/technical coordination experience; Middle East experience preferred • Proficient in AutoCAD and facade drawing software • Strong technical problem-solving, coordination and drawing interpretation skills • Working proficiency in English (written and spoken) • Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible and reliable team player • Ability to adapt to UAE/KSA local working culture and environment • Good cross-cultural communication skills • Compliance with local labor laws and regulations
