Tough Mudder

Get ready for one of the most adrenaline-fuelled sporting challenges this year as Tough Mudder makes its way to Dubai from 31 October to 1 November at The Sevens Stadium. This iconic challenge invites you to tackle mud, sweat and a lot of intense obstacles designed to test strength, stamina and grit.

From the 5K course to the 15K route, every track delivers a different challenge, whether you’re running for fun, pushing your personal best or testing your limits as a team. Younger adventurers can also join the adventure with the Kids by Spartan race, a 1km, 1.5km and 3km course packed with obstacles.
