Harbor Real Estate, one of the leading integrated real estate service providers in the UAE, announced that it concluded service contracts and transactions exceeding AED 2.8 billion during their 2014 fiscal year.
In this context, Mohanad Alwadiya, Managing Director of Harbor Real Estate and advisor-instructor at the Dubai Real Estate Institute, the training and certification arm of the Dubai Land Department, stated: “Harbor’s achievements and growth are derived from the overall recovery that the Dubai property sector has witnessed. We have capitalized on Dubai’s success in promoting itself as a lucrative global investment destination and coupled this with our exceptional customer service and tailor-made property solutions. This winning formula helped us become the most sought-after service provider when it comes to managing institutional client portfolios.
Harbor’s growing number of institutional clients include: National Bonds Corporation, Al Mazaya Holding, Investment Corporation of Dubai, Al Thani Investments, Daman Investment, Tadhamon Islamic Bank, Global Investment & Development, Amlak Finance, and ASGC Investments.
Alwadiya added: “From crises emerge companies that are more resilient, innovative and determined to succeed. Harbor Real Estate is one of these very few companies within the real estate sector that managed to evolve and capture the benefits of the infamous economic crisis of 2008. We are now reaping the benefits of our hard work and innovative approach with an exclusive portfolio that is worth over AED 15 billion covering 6,000 mixed-use properties all over Dubai.”
Harbor’s integrated real estate services cover: research, valuation & advisory, property asset management, marketing sales & rental, and CRM, handover & project management services. Harbor aims to consistently set new industry benchmarks. With ISO 9001:2008 certification for its operational guidelines and processes, Harbor continually strives to set the highest standards of customer service and intensify its focus on maximizing the wealth of its clients by enriching the value of their assets and optimizing their ongoing rental yields.
A provider of a wide range of ISO certified real estate services including property asset management, brokerage, project management, handover and real estate advisory services, Harbor Real Estate is renowned for its innovative real estate solutions and customer centric approach which has enabled it to embark on an aggressive expansion plan in line with the recent resurgence in Dubai’s Real Estate industry. Despite its success, the company still retains the goal of delivering the best customer experience through quality of service emanating from operational excellence.
“When any business is expanding rapidly, it’s easy to lose sight of the importance of the customer and we refuse to let that happen at Harbor” said Alwadiya. “By ensuring that our business management systems compel us to expand and develop with customer satisfaction remaining central to everything we do, we ensure that the beneficiaries of our efforts are our clients, employees, business partners and the industry as a whole. This is how we build true enterprise value”
