ADNOC Distribution Announces Reduction in Diesel Price at All Service Stations in the Northern Emirates

•    Diesel to Cost AED2.90 per Liter from February 8, 2015
•    15 Fils per Liter Reduction Effected

Abu Dhabi-UAE: 07 February, 2015 - ADNOC Distribution has reduced the price of diesel across all its service stations in the Northern Emirates, including Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Effective from February 8, 2015, the price of diesel has been brought down to AED2.90 per liter from the earlier charge of AED3.05 – a reduction of 15 fils per liter.
Khalid Hadi, Vice President Marketing and Corporate Communications at ADNOC Distribution, said: "The reduction in diesel price reflects the ongoing changes in the global price of oil. We have also taken into account the demand of the local market as part of our priority to serve the interests of our consumers better.

ADNOC Distribution’s decision to effect the price change will also contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of the business sector in the country, specifically in the Northern Emirates.”

Hadi added: “ADNOC Distribution will continue to explore opportunities to retail products and services at affordable prices in order to provide a seamless experience to our customers at our network of service stations.”
