Cyber Security Professionals Prepare for SANS Abu Dhabi 2015

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates, 4th February, 2015: SANS brings a new set of world class IT security training courses to Abu Dhabi with three popular courses for security professionals and an emphasis on digital forensics and incident response. Returning to the Hilton International from Saturday March 14th to Thursday March 19th, SANS Abu Dhabi 2015 offers six days of exceptional cyber security training with all courses led by world-renowned SANS instructors.
FOR408: Windows Forensic Analysis led by Christian Prickaerts includes the latest Microsoft technologies and focuses on the critical digital forensics knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system. This includes collecting and analysing data from computer systems to track user-based activity that can be used in internal investigations or civil/criminal litigation.
Continuing the DFIR theme, the event also hosts SANS FOR508 Advanced Digital Forensics and Incident Response. Led by Jess Garcia, This in-depth course provides responders with the advanced skills needed to hunt down, counter, and recover from a wide range of threats within enterprise networks, Students use a hands-on enterprise intrusion lab - developed from a real-world targeted APT attack on an enterprise network and based on how an APT group will target your network – to work through the challenges and solutions.
In addition, Ted Demopoulos leads SEC501: Advanced Security Essentials - Enterprise Defender. This course goes beyond core policies and provides the technical in-depth skills and knowledge required to implement comprehensive security solutions.
