Societe Jumeirah to officially open its doors on 27th November with a weekend launch party
Societe has established itself as the bedrock of old school music in Dubai, and following the success of its flagship club in Dubai Marina, is opening a second venue this November. To celebrate, Societe Jumeirah is having a weekend launch party, with doors opening on Thursday 27th November at 10pm sharp.
The new venue, located at the Capitol Hotel, is of course adopting Societe’s signature interior of chesterfield couches and retro chic. The 300m2 club is also housed over two floors, enabling it to cater for 350 people.
Bringing the same nostalgic flavour of music with eclectic tunes from the 80s, 90s and 00s, the new retro-hotspot enables Societe to host more leading artists from around the globe. Another exciting addition is the opening times, with Societe Jumeirah rocking out seven days a week – a rarity in Dubai.
The brand’s second venture is a natural step for owner Gary Holliday, who explained: “Societe has taken Dubai by storm and it has been a great journey so far. The new venue allows us to cater to downtown Dubai and Jumeirah – something many of our regular clientele have been asking for. Now we can have twice the fun.”
Societe Jumeirah is open from 10pm to 3am seven days a week with no cover charge.
